Our Chorizo Spice Blend combines New Mexico hatch red chile, paprika, garlic, onion, cumin, oregano, thyme, black pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, apple cider vinegar powder and salt for a deeply savory chile forward seasoning with just the right balance of warmth and spice.
